Member Service Representative (Remote)

$30 per hour

Prime Easily Dental is a rapidly growing dental insurance provider looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Service Representative (Remote). As a Member Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued members, providing exceptional customer service and assistance with all their dental insurance needs.

Key responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for members via phone, email, and live chat

- Respond to member inquiries and provide knowledgeable and timely assistance

- Resolve member concerns and escalate issues as needed

- Process member enrollment and disenrollment requests

- Verify member eligibility and coverage information

- Explain details of member benefits and assist with claims inquiries

- Provide support for dental provider network inquiries and updates

Skills and qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Proficient computer skills and experience with customer databases

- Knowledge of dental insurance and terminology is a plus

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
