Description
This is a TEMP (90 days) to HIRE - Hybrid position - in person in Hollywood (1 - 2 days) and work from home (3 - 4 days) a week.
Position Summary
This role is a part of the Admissions department. It processes new applications daily, including, but not limited to, data entry in multiple databases, upload and sharing of documents, credit card processing, and refund calculations. The role demands high levels of customer service to Kings' agents and staff and is the first point of contact for partner agents and students from a specific geographic region.
Essential Functions

- Process student enrollment applications from international students
- Reply to communication inquiries and emails within 24 hours.
- Assist in creating processes to improve the efficiency of the Admissions process
- Manages all pre-arrival communication with agents and students
- Develop and manage relationships with partner agents abroad
- Provide high-quality customer service to our agents, students and Kings staff.
- Manage, update and maintain student databases to ensure accuracy
- Counsel students on admission criteria and other critical factors?
- Establish professional communication and strong relationships with Kings staff in the U.S. and abroad
- Provide detailed advice and information on courses and services offered at Kings
- Assist in financial processes, including, but not limited to, credit card payments, debt reconciliation, commission inquiries, refunds, and payment verification
- Provide appropriate advice on U.S. immigration and visa regulations
- Complete special projects and requests as needed
- Complete administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, etc.
Requirements
Skills, Knowledge and Ability
- Ability to speak and/or write a foreign language preferred
- Cultural sensitivity to a variety of cultural backgrounds
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Experience with any aspect of international life, travel, or education
- Basic computer skills and database management
- Ability to make effective administrative/procedural decisions and recommendations
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
