Klymen.com is growing WNY cell phone buy back business. We are seeking an Inventory Control Clerk for our Henrietta, NY Office to work in a fast-paced work environment. Most of our inbound business traffic is over the web. We are looking for motivated, ambitious, responsible, and committed candidate that recognize upward opportunity comes through performance excellence.
A valid candidate will be responsible for processing purchase orders, create new SKU records in our inventory control system and marketplaces, reconcile our inventory control system and marketplaces.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items. Appropriately report/record any discrepancies, prepares a receiving report if none is available.
· Attaches identifying tag or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers.
· Processing purchase orders, entering received inventory in inventory control system.
· Preparation of RMAs if necessary.
· Creating new products in inventory control system and marketplaces.
· Reconcile inventory in inventory control system and marketplaces.
· Manage future product launches.
· Should be skilled in creating, managing, and perfecting product listings on website and marketplaces
Competencies:
· Be able to identify product by size, type, style, color or product code.
· Solid reading skills – must be able to read orders/match orders on shipping tickets to items picked.
· Solid writing skills to provide necessary support via email.
· Solid communication skills to provide phone customer and product support.
· Basic math skills and reasoning skills.
· Ability to understand and execute instructions.
· General understanding of the warehouse and footprint
· Operate inventory control equipment, i.e., bar-coding equipment, handheld devices.
Qualifications:
· 2-year Associate College Degree a must (Accounting preffered), Bachelors preferred.
· Strong PC skills including familiarity with Windows, MS Office Suite, and various Internet browsers (IE, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox)
· Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written)
· Good English reading and writing skills a must.
· Good Grammar is a must
· Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
· Attentive to detail is a must.
· Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment and keep track of responsibilities is a must.
· Courteous and professional telephone manner along with the ability to deal effectively with customers in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to get along with other team members, accept constructive feedback and exhibit a positive attitude in a team environment.
· Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
· Dependable, proficient attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Physical Requirements:
· Able to move/lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.

PAY $25 - $ 30 per hour. Pay range depends on years of experience and education level.
