The Commercial Solar Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive commercial solar sales growth.
- Identify and prospect potential clients, including commercial property owners, businesses, and developers.
- Conduct site assessments and provide clients with tailored solar solutions.
- Present and explain solar proposals, financial benefits, and return on investment (ROI) to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and government incentives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communications in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the solar, renewable energy, or related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems, financing options, and incentives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
