Job Overview
We are seeking an Assistant to join our team, responsible for supporting various outdoor tasks, Greenhouse tasks, harvesting, and trimming.
Duties
- Assist with greenhouse operations including irrigation and plant care
- Perform plant maintenance duties such as under cutting, defoliation.
- Support garden maintenance activities including planting and harvest
- Aid in plant identifications and data collection
- Utilize hand tools for various outdoor tasks to include weeding
- Conduct outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Apply mechanical knowledge for equipment operation and maintenance
Experience
- Experience or interest in cannabis greenhouse or outdoor work. Trimming, Harvesting
- Basic knowledge of the cannabis plant and care
- Familiarity with hand tools and mechanical equipment is a plus
- Ability to collect and record data accurately
- Must possess a current and valid Colorado MED badge
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $17.39 per hour
