We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated server to join our team at Prime Fish, a premier sushi restaurant. As a server, you will play a key role in enhancing our guests' dining experience and maintaining the high standard of service that Prime Fish is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional dining service to guests in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the restaurant's menu items and ingredients.
- Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and address any issues promptly.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Requirements:
- Previous serving experience is required.
- Knowledge of or experience with sushi is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- A passion for food and providing outstanding customer service.
