Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Operations to lead and manage our operational team. You will be responsible for leading a team of 3-4 professionals and overseeing all aspects of service delivery, operational support, and quality assurance. A key focus of this role will be improving workflows—including integrating operational processes within our CRM—while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management:
- Lead, manage, and hold a team of 3-4 operational staff accountable for performance and outcomes.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages innovation, teamwork, and professional development.
- Operations & Strategy:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and drive accountability.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across all departments.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term strategic plans that support business growth.
- Process & Workflow Optimization:
- Oversee and refine business processes and workflows to drive operational efficiency and scalability.
- Incorporate and optimize operational processes within the company's CRM system to enhance customer interactions, data management, and overall efficiency.
- Project Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams in project management initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget.
- Service Delivery & Quality Assurance:
- Oversee all aspects of service delivery to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality performance.
- Establish and monitor QAQC standards for service delivery, ensuring all operations meet or exceed internal and external benchmarks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role within a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams at all levels.
- Proficient in strategic planning processes, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Experience in business development strategies that align with organizational goals.
