Position Overview
The Regional Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing Prime's portfolio of self-storage assets. This role involves in-depth financial analysis, operational performance monitoring, and strategic reporting, with a focus on maximizing revenue and operational efficiency. The Regional Operations Analyst will act as a liaison between the corporate and field operations team working closely with the Regional Vice President.
Essential Responsibilities
- Conducting detailed financial and operational analysis to identify opportunities for value creation in self-storage assets.
- Preparing and reviewing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive action for daily operations at the self-storage assets.
- Reviewing operational exceptions, expense overages, payroll models, budget-to-actual results, and other performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency.
- Continuously evaluating and optimizing revenue generation by asset
- Participating in ad hoc projects and analyses as required.
