Job Title: Entertainment Manager
Division: PMG Multi Family

Reports To: Director of Property Management
FLSA Status: Exempt
Summary: Managing performances, events, artists and entertainers is the responsibility of the Entertainment Manager. This job provides travel to venues to oversee events and collaborate with onsite property management and is based in Hollywood, Florida. This role will involve project management and people skills to execute events as well as scheduling and planning entertainment and events for multiple asset classes.
The Entertainment Managers will be responsible for working with artists, hotels, and other companies involved in the entertainment industry. They will coordinate events and collaborate with our hotel management companies and other asset divisions within Prime Group including residential and commercial assets. Additional third-party relationships will include costume designers, makeup artists, sound and lighting technicians, performers, contract labor and other professionals.

Qualifications:

Language Ability:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Various hospitality platforms.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A. / B. S.) from four-year college or university; and four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
