Job Summary: The lifestyle Curator is responsible for fostering positive relationships between residents and management. This role combines exceptional customer service, community engagement, and event planning to enhance the overall resident experience.

Job Responsibilities: Including but not limited to

• Provide information about community policies and procedures.
• Organize and execute social events, holiday celebrations, and community gatherings.
• Handle disputes between residents or between residents and management.
• Mediate conflicts and find amicable solutions.
• Collect and analyze resident feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement changes to enhance resident satisfaction.
• Assist with lease renewals and explain lease terms.
• Ensure compliance with community rules and regulations.
• Assist with marketing efforts to attract and retain residents.
• Create promotional materials and conduct property tours.
• Perform other administrative tasks related to resident relations and community management.
• Stays knowledgeable of the property market status.
• Provide exceptional customer services to residents, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
• Ensures and manages all social media and reputation management platforms

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years leasing and/or on-site experience in a rental community.
• Proficiency with personal computers and MS Office, and Yardi
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing personality and enjoy working with the general public.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain effective working relationships with contacted agencies,
• co-workers, and the management team.
• Must be able to work some weekends and holidays when needed.
