Our confidential client an innovative corporate law firm based in New York City is seeking an experienced Transactional Corporate Attorney to join their team. About the Role
As a Transactional Corporate Attorney you will work on complex and rewarding projects including fund formation credit transactions private equity and debt financings mergers and acquisitions structured equity investments and other corporate matters. This role is ideal for candidates with BigLaw experience who are eager to take ownership of their work and client relationships while thriving in a flexible entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on private equity and debt transactions fund formations and structured equity investments.
- Handle early and latestage private equity investments mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on their business growth.
- Collaborate closely with the team to deliver highquality efficient legal services.
