Responsibilities:
Provides administrative record keeping and file maintenance support. The File Clerk will review incoming mail for immediate scanning, distribution, and filing so that notices are promptly responded to. The File Clerk will help maintain the files keeping them up to date and organized for quick retrieval.

1. High School Diploma (effective 3/1/19 for all new hires)
Preferred qualifications:
1. Some college education

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
Required qualifications:
1. High School Diploma (effective 3/1/19 for all new hires)
2. Experience with Microsoft Office required.
Preferred qualifications:
1. Some college education
2. Preferred experience includes prior work in Human Resources as either an administrative assistant, or file clerk.
3. Familiarity with Human Resources documents.
