Responsibilities
Under minimal direction the Sr. Contract Analyst is responsible for reviewing IT contract requests for completeness, accuracy and proper process flows to assist the business with the end-to-end process identifying and addressing operational, financial, security and technological risks. The Sr. Contracts Analyst requires little or no supervision to review and negotiate all types of agreements, including, Master Agreements, Contracts, Subcontracts and Grants ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $67,392.00 to $124,800.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
