Responsibilities
Ultrasound Technologist demonstrates competency in performing all ultrasound exams, ensuring proficiency in producing technical and diagnostic scans for interpretation. Positions patient and equipment and produce an appropriate recording. The Ultrasound Technician is responsible for processing and transmission of Images to PACS.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Effective July 1, 2017 ARDMS certified required (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography).2. 1-2 years’ experience preferred.3. Computer literate.4. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate.5. Graduated of an accredited program required.6. Successfully certification in at least one body or region by ADRMS is desired.
