Reporting to the Director of IT & PMO, this position partners with Finance Directors and their customers to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities. The Financial Systems Analyst builds project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains a systems orientation and can work effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning. This position is hands- on and requires strong knowledge of Lawson's Enterprise Financial Management (EFM) and Asset Management (EAM) Modules and will serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The Financial Systems Analyst also supports Lawson upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting or finance related field or equivalent work experience required.
1. Six years of Financial Systems Analyst or Finance/Accounting specialist experience required.
2. Three years of project management experience required.
3. Ability to travel up to 50%.
4. Lawson EFM & EAM system implementation experience in a healthcare setting required.
5. Strong knowledge of Lawson's Enterprise Financial Management and Enterprise Asset Management Module including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Cash Management, Invoice Matching, Smart Reconciliation, Project Activity and Accounting, Lease Management, Travel & Expense Management, Financial Reporting, Budgeting and Planning, Process Flow Setup, Crystal Report Writing, LBI (including smart notifications and frame work), Lawson Security Administration and Lawson Add-ins required.
6. Strong knowledge of integrating Lawson's EAM & EFM Module with Lawson Enterprise Supply Chain Management Modules, Lawson HCM Module and Lawson Clinical Bridges required.
7. Experience integrating Lawson with EPIC/Meditech Clinical Systems required.
8. Knowledge of developing interfaces with third party vendors a plus.
9. Hands-On experience in Data Conversion Techniques and Methodologies required.
10. Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
11. Must enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging environment with many growth opportunities offered through diverse projects.
12. Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:

1. Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
2. Knowledge of On-Base Document Management System preferred

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $68,640.00 to $124,800.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
