Prime HealthCare Staffing , an expert in the Health Care Staffing industry is in search of an experienced Travel Health Care Recruiter to join ou Heath Care Travel Division. A successful candidate must have recruiting healthcare staffing experience.
Your primary responsibility will be national in scope, recruiting, qualifying and placing Rehab Therapy professionals , in travel positions across the United States. Candidate will develop recruiting campaigns to : Source and screen candidates, match candidates to open orders, make job offers and negotiate pay rates. Candidate will work in a strong team environment with our marketing department to ensure an appropriate fit between our employees and our customers’ positions.

Key Responsibilities :
- Successfully place Health care professionals in 13 week travel assignments across the country
- Review resumes and screen candidates to find the best fit for open jobs
- Establish and sustain a strong Book of Business
- Maintain strong relationships in your pool of candidates that are “ready to go”
- Negotiate pay packages, present offers, and close deals quickly and efficiently
- Use technology to source candidates through ATS, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting platforms and databases
- Make phone calls to sourced candidates
- Meet established weekly and monthly recruiting goals consistently
