Qualifications
Required qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in business or related field required.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of hospital operations at the leadership level.
- Responsible for the measurement / effectiveness of all internal / external processes.
- Ability to collaborate with the management team to develop plans for operational infrastructure.
- Ability to oversee major workforce / resource decisions.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must obtain Sexual Harassment Certification within 6 months, and then maintain biennially.
