Responsibilities
The Director of Practice Operations will be responsible for the operations of all assigned medical groups and its subsidiaries. Other responsibilities include :
- Partnering with Hospital Administration to facilitate the successful accomplishment of financial, operational, and quality goals.
- Increasing engagement of providers.
- Establishing additional affiliations with targeted providers.
- Ensuring staff meets the educational requirements for their respective job duties.
- Staffing clinics, which includes recruitment and retention of staff.
- Planning, organizing, and influencing department activities while maintaining continuous quality improvement.
