Responsibilities
The Director of Staffing / Productivity is a Registered Nurse (RN) who oversees the staffing applications and productivity metrics that are utilized throughout assigned market. Provides leadership to local facilities to set staffing levels based on acuity, state regulations, and mandated ratios. Provides guidance to local facilities on how to leverage / optimize their staffing resources. Works with local teams to train on new applications and staffing strategies. Monitors staffing and productivity metrics. Familiar with collective bargaining agreements and guidelines outlined in the agreements that impact staffing.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
Required qualifications :
- Current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of five (5) years of continuous clinical experience in a clinical / acute care setting, with an emphasis on staffing, productivity, and data analysis.
Preferred qualifications :
