Key Responsibilities :

Monitor vital signs and promptly report any changes to nursing staff.
Support patients in rehabilitation exercises and activities as directed by the healthcare team.
Ensure a clean and safe environment, aligning with infection control procedures.
Provide emotional and moral support to patients and families.
Document patient information and care accurately in electronic medical records.

Qualifications
Education and Work Experience
Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate upon hire, required.
Current BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.
Possesses knowledge of Medical Terminology.
Minimum six months previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician?s office preferred.
Current Behavioral Violence Prevention (BVP) certificate within 6 months of hire and maintain current.
