Job Description : Part- time Certified Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide
Prime Home Health and Companion Care is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to support elderly, disabled, and chronically ill clients in their own homes. As a member of our team, you’ll provide essential care that includes personal care assistance, emotional support, and helping to create a safe, clean environment for each client.
Responsibilities :
- Provide companionship to the client by playing games and engaging in arts and crafts activities
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and transfers, as needed
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families
- Help create a safe, clean environment for each client

Requirements :
Certification : Current HHA certification.
License : Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
Experience : Prior experience with Hoyer lifts and Sit-to-Stand devices is beneficial but not required.
Skills : Compassionate, reliable, patient, and committed to helping others.
