Job Description:
Prime Home Health and Companion Care is currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide essential care to elderly, disabled, and chronically ill clients in their own homes. The ideal candidate will need to be available every Wednesday from 9:30am-1:30pm (4hrs) to support a client in Upton, MA. Additional shifts with clients in surrounding areas are available if interested.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Medication reminders
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Help create a safe, clean environment for each client
Requirements:
- Active CNA or HHA certification
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
