Prime Home Health is seeking an office assistant for our fast growing home health agency. You will be busy each day with different tasks and assisting with receptionist duties. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively within the team will contribute to our overall success, there is an opportunity within the company for internal promotion after one year for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Daily office tasks as assigned, assist with receptionist duties for front desk.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional experience healthcare is a plus.
- Professional appearance - Business casual attire.
- Proficient with MS Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook required. Apps such as Slack and others.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, healthcare professionals, and internal staff.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strive for good attendance and punctuality for work, reliable transportation.
