Our Roofing Division is known for providing high-quality roofing solutions to homeowners and businesses. We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven sales representative to join our team. This is a commission-based position, offering high earning potential for driven individuals.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and follow-ups.
Sales Presentations: Meet with potential clients, conduct site visits, and present roofing solutions tailored to their needs. Provide accurate and detailed information about roofing materials, services, and pricing.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Quote & Contract Preparation: Prepare accurate, clear, and professional estimates and contracts based on site assessments. Guide customers through the proposal process.
Negotiation & Closing: Successfully negotiate terms and close deals. Ensure customers understand the value and benefits of the services provided, addressing any concerns or objections.
Project Follow-up: Maintain communication with clients after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and gather referrals.
Sales Reporting: Track sales activities and provide regular updates to management on lead status, sales pipeline, and performance.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest roofing materials, trends, and industry best practices to effectively communicate and sell our services.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals to earn competitive commissions and bonuses.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in roofing, construction, or home improvement industries.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of roofing products and services is a plus (training provided).
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and earn commission-based compensation.
Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role, with the opportunity to earn unlimited income based on sales performance. Additional bonuses and incentives are available for meeting sales targets.
