Responsibilities:

- Monitor clients during treatments to ensure safety and provide post-treatment care instructions.
Spa Management:
- Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
- Train and supervise spa staff to ensure exceptional service and adherence to protocols.
- Develop and implement policies to enhance guest experience and streamline operations.
Sales and Membership Promotion:
- Actively promote spa memberships as a primary responsibility, engaging clients in conversations about membership benefits.
- Educate clients on service offerings, wellness plans, and membership packages to drive sales.
- Introduce clients to service amplifiers, add-ons, and product enhancements to elevate their experience while increasing sales revenue.
- Track and report on sales targets, working to meet or exceed membership goals.
