What is Prime IV locally to Destin, Florida?

Scot & Donna Andrews are the Area Developers for North Florida, Jacksonville to Pensacola. They will own and operate the Destin location as well as recruit new franchisees for 12 locations across North Florida. Scot & Donna grew up in Florida and have resided in Phoenix, AZ for 15 years and operate two Any Lab Test Now franchise locations. Destin is slated to open in the fall of 2023. “We love Destin as we have been here many times and are close to family in Alabama.” It’s a fun place, and in need of great wellness providers and solutions!

Enough of the sales pitch…. What’s the position all about??

Compensation:

$26 hourly, plus tips (tips are equally distributed among the medical team, exclusive of the owners, average 10-15% of hourly based on great service!)

Compensation is offered on qualifications, position (part time/lead nurse/full time), and experience. Since this is a medical spa and not a treatment center, our team members can receive tips for their services and their commitment to quality patient relationships and treatments. All tips go directly to the team members. While not guaranteed, this averages at other spas from $7 to $15 per hour additional wage. In addition , spa profitability and performance incentives to the team will be offered.

Spa Hours: Final Hours TBD

9AM to 7PM Wednesday to Monday - 9AM to 6PM Closed Tuesday

Essential Duties

-Client experience 40%, welcome, communication, observation, empathy, service and support

-Team work and cultivating a “Team Prime” culture 30%; working as a unit and committed to the community and their health and wellness.

-Administrative duties 10% (checking customers out, 100% accurate medical record documentation, 100% adherence to all safety standards set forth for the delivery of hydration IV therapies and injections, cleaning of spa daily, organizing, inventory and restocking); phone follow up with customers.

-Helping Owners grow and cultivate the business and impact in the Destin metro community 10%, some business outreach.

Essential Qualifications

-Registered nurse -LPN with IV certification -Skilled and experienced in starting IV’s

-Strong desire to see results in the health and wellness of our community

- Authentic passion for relationships, caring for people, customers and the Prime IV team

- Desire to see the spa thrive and grow

What will I do in this role?

-Lead RN/Paramedic lead client greeting and intake. This discussion includes determining the customers health history, health goals, what their intended outcomes are and delivery of thorough understanding and education of our therapies/services/benefits to clients. This include Medical Director tele-med consultation for initial visit.

-Therapy administration. While maintaining compliance with internal protocols and 797 requirements: Compounding IV bags, mixing and measuring injectables, and administering to customers. Periodic checking on customers for comfort and conclusion of their service. Removal and clean up IV’s therapies.

-Client experience. Our desire is for our customers to add us into their healthy lifestyle habits. Over the last several years we have seen a transition to preventive healthcare. We want to be a major part of this shift for our community.

-Leadership. Regardless of your job title, we expect leadership and emotional intelligence on our team. Our mission is to cultivate the very BEST IV therapy spa in Wichita and the very BEST place to work for our team members. We seek and retain “A” players.

-Administrative. Self-directed cleaning of spa, organizing, restocking, inventory, and ordering of supplies. Our lead nurse will assume these responsibilities but will delegate and assist with the owners as necessary.

Scot and Donna Andrews have been married for 40 years and have lived in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama over Scot’s business career with Coca-Cola and many Fortune 500 companies having moved to the Arizona area in 2002. Scot graduated from USF in Tampa Florida with a BA in Marketing, and with an MBA from UNF in Jacksonville. Donna graduated from New England School of Business in Boston grew up just outside of Tampa, Florida. Donna is talented in business operations and accounting. As stated, they have owned and operated 2 successful Any Lab Test Now retail stores for 4 years in Phoenix, Arizona.
