Compensation: $75K–$90K base monthly bonuses event revenue share (earn $120K with growth - we plan on opening multiple franchises)
Schedule: Full-time, flexible hours (some evenings/weekends for events)

Think: luxury lounge wellness hub events-based community brand. We’re on a mission to become the #1 health optimization destination in the DMV — and you’ll be helping build it from the ground up.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
===============
This is a unique role that blends spa operations growth marketing local leadership:
- Manage all day-to-day spa operations: staff scheduling, nurse coordination, open/close, inventory
- Lead local partnership outreach with gyms, chiropractors, wellness brands, and functional MDs
- Sell memberships and upsell wellness services with confidence and integrity
- Plan and fill our monthly 100 person events — from promotion to execution
- Help recruit and train new team members as we grow
- Track metrics and report on growth, membership sales, and local outreach

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 3–8 years of experience running a wellness, spa, or boutique fitness location
- Passion for local marketing, community events, and sales
- Natural people-person who builds trust with clients and partners
- Strong operator — reliable with scheduling, follow-through, and systems
- Willing to roll up your sleeves and own the outcome of your location

COMP & UPSIDE

- Base salary: $75K–$90K depending on experience
- Monthly bonuses tied to membership sales and growth KPIs
- Revenue share from the events you run (5–10% of profit)
- Career growth: path to become Regional GM as we open more locations (we plan to open 5 locations in the next 3 years)
