Position Responsibilities:
Client Care and Wellness Services
· Perform IV insertions and administer hydration therapy, vitamin infusions, and injections according to established protocols.
· Monitor clients during and after treatments, ensuring safety, comfort, and prompt response to any adverse reactions.
· Review client intake forms, health history, and provide customized wellness plans aligned with their needs and goals.
· Conduct “I’m GREAT” consultations to understand client objectives and recommend appropriate services.
· Educate clients on the benefits of nutrients, wellness services (e.g., NAD , peptides), and the risks and benefits of IV therapy.
· Promote memberships, series purchases, and upsell additional services or product elevations.
· Document client treatments and progress accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
Operations and Facility Management
· Maintain the operational fluidity of the spa, including ordering supplies, restocking, and managing inventory (IV solutions, vitamins, and medical supplies).
· Prepare and maintain infusion equipment, ensuring sterility and functionality before each treatment.
· Ensure the spa remains clean, professional, and welcoming through daily cleaning and opening/closing duties.
· Comply with all medical, safety, and privacy regulations, including HIPAA and local/state health guidelines.
Team Collaboration and Communication
· Train new employees, ensuring they are well-versed in protocols, products, and client care standards.
· Communicate regularly with the owner and/or management regarding operations and team performance.
· Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuing education to stay updated on new products, services, and techniques.
· Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless and personalized client experiences.
· Communicate with the medical compliance team regarding any client issues or adverse effects.
Administrative and Customer Service
· Assist with office administrative duties, including bookings, client inquiries, and follow-ups.
· Provide exceptional customer service and therapeutic communication to ensure client satisfaction.
· Promote a positive client experience by building trust and rapport through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Other duties and projects as assigned by supervisor and/or department heads.
Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
· Active Professional License – Licensed Paramedic, or Registered Nurse (RN) with a current, valid license.
· Strong IV insertion and phlebotomy skills with a high success rate, including in challenging cases.
· Extensive knowledge of nutrients, their benefits, and their role in wellness.
· Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to delivering safe, effective treatments.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
· Passion for health, wellness, and client satisfaction.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Physical Demands: In fulfilling the responsibilities of this role, it requires the physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions with precision, such as inserting IVs and handling medical instruments. The position also demands the capacity to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, including restocking supplies and setting up equipment, as well as assisting clients physically when needed, such as helping them into chairs or adjusting their position for treatments. Additionally, the role requires focus, stamina, and composure to perform tasks efficiently and deliver excellent patient care during long shifts.
