Seeking a motivated Office Assistant to work at the Front Desk in our Prime IV Hydration & Wellness spa.

We are a medical spa that offers re-hydration therapy to an upscale market. This position works in our comfortable, relaxing, spa-like storefront location. The position is unique and low stress, and calls for a customer oriented, cheerful individual to assist the medical staff in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Front Desk Duties: Including but not limited to, greeting customers, explaining servives, taking phone calls, making appointments, patient check-in/check-out, post-treatment follow up with patients, etc.
- Stocking, cleaning, Spa maintenance
Experience and Skills required:
- Excellent Customer service
- Self-motivated and driven to excel
- Prior experience in Sales is required
- Organized, able to multi-task, and perform under pressure
- Basic computer skills, specifically related to systems such as Booker or Mindbody for booking appointments, checking in and checking out, billing and receipts
- Prior experiences in spas, healthcare facilities such as weight-loss, esthetics, dental, chiropractic, medical offices etc. is preferred
