Our drips are specifically formulated with rich vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and amino acids which can help you bounce back from a hangover, but more importantly will dramatically increase energy, boost your immune system, decrease inflammation, and aid in muscle recovery.
Base pay is $36-$38/hour, depending on licensure and years of experience. In addition to base pay there are tips which typically average $5-$10 /hour over base pay and commissions on everything sold which could bring total compensation to 30% - 45% above the hourly wage.

Job Duties
- Provide health recommendations and education
- Prepare wellness plans and direct customers on how to achieve wellness goals
- Prepare IV & IM vitamins for administration with appropriate technique following USP 797 Compliance
- Performs venipuncture, placement of peripheral IV's, possible access of implanted ports
- Monitor client while infusion is taking place
- Assist the team in keeping a clean and orderly spa
- Documenting therapy details in client’s charts using EHR
- Various Office and Customer Service duties to include but not limited to: scheduling appointments, speaking to customers on the phone, verifying the correct forms are filled out and accurate, reviewing health history forms, and providing excellent customer service
- Consult and coordinate with our Medical Director when necessary for standing orders to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient IV or injection therapy plans.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted, state license as a Registered Nurse
- Current BLS certification
- Must possess VERY strong peripheral IV skills
- Minimum of 1 year current experience in: infusion therapy, including patient assessment skills, venous access skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills
- Be able to identify any contraindications to intravenous therapy
- Sell memberships and micronutrient add ons
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
Our IV Hydration Spa is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Nurses with recent and extensive IV therapy experience to join our team as an Infusion Specialist. The ideal candidate must be outgoing, friendly, possess excellent computer skills, have customer service and sales experience, be able to work independently, problem solve, and be resourceful. The candidate must also have physical ability to work in a busy setting for 8-10 hours per day.
Additionally, the ideal candidate must have a strong interest in the health and wellness industry, be reliable, and flexible. This position offers tips and incentive pay.

The Infusion Specialist will assess each client, detect changes in symptoms, or pain, and will need to know when action is necessary. They will be empathetic to a customer's needs and be able to interact with people in various emotional states. This is a spa environment, and job candidates must be willing to ensure client's comfort and relaxation throughout the treatment process.
Attention to detail is crucial, as our Infusion Specialists will follow specific protocols and manage multiple clients with differing needs and stages of health. Being organized and knowing how to prioritize is a must. Knowledge of micronutrients and how they work synergistically to help the body is necessary so that our clients can be guided to appropriate therapies.
You will be communicating directly with clients who may have a lot of questions. You will need to be a patient listener and good communicator, have a passion for learning more about preventative/proactive approaches to health, and a willingness to share this knowledge with others, as educating and coaching are required for this position to ensure that our clients receive the most appropriate treatments to reach their health goals.
