Prime IV Hydration & Wellness, a family-owned IV therapy spa in Hanover, MA, is looking for a friendly, energetic, and sales-savvy individual to join our team. We’re a high-end wellness clinic where customer care and creating a relaxing “1-Hour Vacation” experience are our top priorities. Responsibilities
- Stand and welcome visitors with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
- Create a positive, conversational experience for every client – your goal is to make them feel at home!
- Educate clients about our IV therapies and membership options, highlighting the benefits in a way that feels natural and inviting.
- Handle membership tasks such as sign-ups, upgrades, billing, and renewals.
- Assist clients with scheduling appointments and managing their wellness plans.
- Answer phone calls with a friendly, professional demeanor and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting spa environment.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and support event promotions.
What We’re Looking For
- A natural conversationalist who builds rapport easily with clients and team members.
- A passion for health, wellness, and delivering exceptional service.
- Sales-minded with the ability to guide clients toward membership and service upgrades in a friendly, non-pushy way.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, retail, or spa settings is a plus but not required.
Additional Details
- Part-time position: Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm, other days as needed, and the possibility of Sundays in the near future.
