Full Job Description Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and professional front desk facing member to be part of our team. This is a spa environment. Candidates must be willing to pamper and cater to our clients' needs to ensure their ultimate comfort.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in guests with a warm welcome.
- Answer phones, schedule clients, conduct follow up calls.
- Ensure compliance with intake and membership forms.
- Monitor emails and text messages and answer inquiries.
- Escort guests to consult rooms and treatment areas.
- Check guests out and book follow up appointments.
- Educate clients on memberships and complete contracts.
- Perform daily spa operation responsibilities including ordering supplies, stocking, cleaning, linen services, and other misc office administrative duties.

Base Pay:
$18-22 per hour
Pay is dependent on qualifications and experience.
Weekly Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9AM to 5PM (Tuesdays are 11AM to 7PM)
Saturday 8AM to 4PM
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
