What is Prime IV locally to Wall NJ?

IV hydration therapy, injectables, and peptides are all new to our area. Most places that offer these services, offer them in a medical setting. We create a luxurious medical spa feel, while getting better results than what the competitors offer.

Pay: Per DIEM or Part-time

Prime is looking to build a "pool" of qualified nurses to help with the hours of operation. Pay is dependent on qualifications, position (part time/lead nurse/full time), and experience. Since this is a medical spa and not a treatment center, our team members can receive tips for their services. The tips go directly to the team members.

Spa Hours:

TBD based on the demand in the area. To start we hope to offer 7 days per week, but we will need part time hires as well to help satisfy the hours.

Essential day-to-day Duties

-Customer experience 50%

-Team work and cultivating a “Team Prime” culture 30%

-Administrative duties (checking customers out, cleaning spa, organizing and restocking) 10%

-Helping Owners grow and cultivate the business and impact in the NJ community 10%

Essential Qualifications

-Registered nurse

-RN or LPN with IV certification

-Skilled and experienced with administering locks/ IV’s

-Strong desire to see results in the health and wellness of our community

-Passion for people, customers and Prime IV team

What will I do in this role?

-Customer greeting and intake. This discussion includes determining the customers health goals, what their intended outcomes are and education on our therapies/services/benefits.

-Therapy administration. While maintaining compliance with internal protocols and 797 requirements: Compounding IV bags, mixing and measuring injectables, and administering to customers. Periodic checking on customers for comfort and conclusion of their service. Removal and clean up IV’s therapies.

-Customer experience. Our desire is for our customers to add us into their healthy lifestyle habits. Over the last several years we have seen a transition to preventive healthcare. We want to be a major part of this shift for our community.

-Leadership. Regardless of your job title, we expect leadership and emotional intelligence on our team. Our mission is to cultivate the very BEST IV therapy spa in NJ and the very BEST place to work for our team members.

-Administrative. Cleaning of spa, organizing, restocking, inventory and ordering of supplies. Our lead nurse will assume these responsibilities but can delegate and assist with the owners as necessary.
