Spa and Front Desk Operations Lead

Spa Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as our Spa Manager. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who visits our spa.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

-Selling memberships

- Help with marketing and creating ads
- Schedule appointments and manage the booking system
- Handle customer concerns in a professional manner
- Provide information about our spa services and packages, including selling memberships
- Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, including ordering of supplies

Qualifications:

- Strong sales skills and the ability to promote spa services and products
- Previous managerial experience
- Excellent Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus

-Knowledge of Canva (ad creation) is a plus
