POSITION SUMMARY
The Operations Manager is responsible for implementing the best practices and developing processes across the organization. The key fundamentals of this role include formulating strategy, improving performance, managing resources, and ensuring compliance. This is a leadership role that will mentor team members, field team performance service, and implement best practices across organizational verticals. The successful candidate will possess a depth of experience that helps excel in the areas of compliance, efficiency, and profitability in a cross-functional approach to business growth.
OBJECTIVES
- Implement new directives for growth, while managing budgets and forecasts
- Build effective relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Serve as liaison between the corporate office and the field teams
- Achieve revenue goals by effectively leading the office teams, client relations and team productivity
- Ensure successful execution of operational standards, in compliance with state, federal, and established company policies and procedures
- Monitor revenue margins and production KPIs
- Build field leadership by promoting a collaborative team environment
- Analyze project and crew performance and recruit, train, and supervise team members
- Improve and manage operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- Lead strategic financial and operational objectives to improve profitability
