The Revenue / Marketing director is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and
optimizing sales and marketing operations to drive revenue growth and efficiency.
This role plays a crucial part in developing and executing revenue strategies, managing data-driven
decision-making, and ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success
teams.

OBJECTIVES
● Develop and implement data-driven revenue operations strategies that improve sales
efficiency, marketing effectiveness, and customer retention.
● Streamline processes to improve conversion rates, reducing friction from lead
generation to closed sales.
● Ensure alignment between sales and marketing teams, improving lead quality,
handoff processes, and customer acquisition.
● Track and analyze sales pipeline performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and
revenue growth trends to optimize decision-making.
● Establish 100% accuracy in CRM data, improving lead tracking, reporting accuracy, and
automation of sales workflows.
● Launch monthly, weekly and daily training sessions for the sales team, ensuring
improved closing techniques, objection handling, and use of sales tools.
● Optimize paid search and social campaigns to increase return on ad spend (ROAS),
while tracking performance throughout the sales funnel.
● Ensure website and landing pages are continuously improved to increase
engagement and conversion rates.
● Work closely with customer success teams to reduce churn and improve client
retention, ensuring long-term revenue growth.
● Develop and refine weekly and monthly reporting frameworks to provide leadership
with actionable insights into revenue trends and sales performance.
● Evaluate and optimize third-party tools, CRM systems, and automation software,
ensuring they contribute to overall sales and marketing efficiency.
COMPETENCIES
● Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes, ensuring
seamless revenue generation and operational efficiency.
● Ability to analyze revenue metrics, sales data, and marketing performance to drive
informed business strategies.
● Expertise in integrating sales and marketing efforts, ensuring lead quality, smooth
handoff processes, and improved conversion rates.
● Strong experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), automation tools,
and analytics software to optimize operations.
● Proven ability to streamline lead-to-cash processes, reduce bottlenecks, and improve
overall operational effectiveness.
● Strong ability to define, measure, and report key revenue and sales performance
indicators (KPIs) to optimize business growth.
● Ability to manage and mentor sales and marketing teams, ensuring they have the
necessary skills and tools to drive results.
● Experience in managing paid social, search campaigns, and conversion optimization,
ensuring strong ROI on marketing investments.
● Ability to identify revenue inefficiencies, analyze root causes, and implement
data-driven solutions to enhance revenue growth.
● Strong ability to work cross-functionally with leadership, finance, product, and
customer success teams to ensure revenue optimization.
● Knowledge of website analytics, UX optimization, and digital engagement strategies
to drive sales and customer acquisition.
● Ability to stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best
practices in revenue operations and sales strategy.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
● Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance,
Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
● Master’s degree (MBA or Master’s in Data Analytics/Revenue Management) preferred,
but not required.
● 5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing analytics, or
a related field.
