Position Summary
The Account Manager will be calling on multi-chain food stores and markets to represent our lines of imported and specialty food and beverage.
What you will do:
- Greets and interacts with customers.
- Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to our products.
- Demonstrates and explains our product offering, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customers' needs.
- Answers customer's questions about our product offering.
- Assists customers with purchase decisions.
- Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may interest them.
- Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
- Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
- Maintains detailed reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR
- At least five years of related experience is required.
