Our Management Trainees play a key role in overseeing the development and success of our team members, focusing on consulting, sales, and client relations. As a Management Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience learning effective sales tactics and strategies to drive revenue and brand recognition for the clients we represent. Management Trainee Responsibilities : Drive sales success by exemplifying best practices and training entry-level representatives on effective sales and marketing strategies. Mentor and develop sales representatives in areas such as consumer engagement, negotiation, sales strategies, and relationship building. Collaborate with fellow Training and Operations Managers on sales targets, team performance, and growth opportunities. Maintain individual sales responsibilities, including reporting weekly performance metrics for both yourself and the larger team. Directly interact with consumers to assist them in understanding and purchasing our products and services, leading to successful sales for our clients. Required Experience and Qualities for the Management Trainee : A 4-year degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. At least 2 years of experience in a management or leadership role. A growth mindset and willingness to improve skills and accept constructive feedback. Confidence in leading and motivating a diverse team while encouraging performance and advancement. A self-starting attitude with a strong drive to lead by example. Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in engaging with customers.
