What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Assistant position at Prime Management LLC?
FUNCTION: Handle all leasing, marketing, sales, customer service and administrative responsibilities.
REPORTS TO: Property Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES: (Including, but not limited to)
Marketing/Sales/Leasing/Customer Service:
Handle sales, outreach, prospecting and lead generation with a focus on converting leads into sales.
Conduct marketing surveys and weekly traffic reports. Make recommendations based on analysis of reports.
Handle marketing outreach to include interacting with neighborhood groups and community organizations.
Greet prospective residents and show apartments
Assist in the preparation of newsletters, market surveys and resident activities. Attend all assigned resident activities.
ADMINISTRATIVE/OPERATIONS:
Process applications and lease renewals
Enter guest cards and traffic information
Assist new residents during the move in process.
Work with the maintenance team to handle apartment turnovers, move ins and move out and work order requests.
Maintain effective internal controls over operational activities in compliance with best practice policies and guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in leasing, sales and customer service.
Ability to develop rapport.
Ability to complete tasks.
Attention to detail.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace; bilingual skills a plus. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information, including but not limited to Organization policies and procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, tax / accounting data, etc.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.

PAY RATE: $19.00 - $22.00/hr
LOCATION: Property site as assigned
HOURS: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:00 and Saturday 10:00 - 4:00
