What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Sales Representative (Spanish-Speaking) position at Prime Meats LLC?
The ideal candidate will prospect and generate new commercial business as well as perform cold-calls in the field to generate new permanent sales. This candidate should be able to support existing clients and have an ability to conduct product demonstrations.

Competitive pay (makeup to 100k! with added commission).
You will be eligible to receive a guaranteed bonus for the first 6 months of employment.
Uncapped Sales Commission achieving on gross margin sale $100 for each new customer ($200 gross margin must be achieved).
1,000 Monthly car allowance and cell phone allowance.

Responsibilities
Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business
Service existing clients
Effectively demonstrate product line
Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
Gain new customers, improve customer retention, product mix, and volume and maintain profitable sales margin.
Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers with everything they need.
Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
Meets with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.
Ensures that the Corporate Mission and Values are followed at all times.
Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
2 years in Food Industry or Protein Sales
2 years' experience in cold calling sales with strong track record of success
Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
