Position : IT Assistant

Responsibilities :
IT security support : Help maintain IT security protocols and perform routine compliance checks.
Technical support : Provide basic IT support for software, hardware, and network issues across the organization.
Device maintenance : Perform routine maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting for company devices, such as desktops, laptops, and printers.
End-user tech support : Offer day-to-day technical assistance to staff, emphasizing a proactive and service-oriented approach.
Event technology support : Assist with technical planning, setup, and breakdown for special events, both on-site and off-site.
Administrative tasks : Handle IT-related administrative duties, including documentation and inventory management.
Emergency response : Serve as a point of contact for addressing IT emergencies and troubleshooting basic issues.
User onboarding : Assist in setting up accounts, devices, and software for new employees and provide initial IT training as needed
Additional duties : Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the manager, always aligning with the company's mission and values.
Requirements :
Technical studies or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Understanding of IT hardware, networking basics, and troubleshooting.
Strong proactive attitude, willing to take initiative and learn new skills.
Excellent customer service orientation, with a focus on problem-solving and teamwork.
