Responsibilities :
- Develop and optimize bioanalytical assays to assess pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics (PK / PD), and biomarkers to support the non-clinical development of Prime Editing therapies. This includes next-generation sequencing (NGS) for PD assessment, ELISA or other ligand-binding assay (LBA) platforms for biomarker analysis, and PCR for PK evaluation.
- Conduct PK, PD, and biomarker evaluations on biological samples, generating high-quality data following established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist with biospecimen and compound management, including storage and tracking
- Troubleshoot bioanalytical assays and interpret data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with research, development, and quality teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Document data and experimental records in electronic lab notebooks (ELNs).
