Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support with a focus on excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for patient records and other important documents.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy before distribution.
- Perform data entry tasks, including typing correspondence and reports.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth office operations.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer support role is preferred.
- Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
- Proficient computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent proofreading abilities to maintain high standards of documentation.
- A friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients and staff.

Pay: $17.00 - $17.92 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
