JOB TITLE : Custodian
DEPARTMENT : Shop / Office
LOCATION : Dublin, TX
PAY : $17 / hr
BENEFITS : Benefits include a full health insurance policy that is 100% covered by Prime, a 50% matching 401(k) package, and a $25,000 life insurance policy. Comprehensive dental, vision and supplemental life insurance options are also available. PTO is available after 1 year. 8 paid holidays.
SUMMARY : Our custodian is responsible for maintaining our office and shop areas, ensuring they remain clean and orderly.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting various areas.
Clean workstations.
Emptying trash and disposing of waste appropriately.
Sanitizes and supplies restroom facilities.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Prior experience is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of different cleaning products and tools.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to manage job duty and workflow.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Positive attitude and desire to work as a team player.
Follow safety procedures including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment.
Must be able to drive from one location to another.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT :
Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl.
Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.
Frequently required to talk or hear.
Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions.
Occasional exposure to extreme heat or cold (non-weather).
Must be able to lift and / or move more than 15 pounds.
