Parts Responsibilities
- Greet Customers Promptly and Courteously
- Handle customers requests timely and follow the proper parts selection process
- Handles all ordering, receiving and picking up all parts
- Bill out parts properly to repair orders and customer tickets
- Sell accessories, helmets and apparel
- Assist in managing inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Apply retail math principles to assist with pricing, promotions, and sales tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Engage with customers to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues.
- Support sales management efforts by contributing to sales strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a positive shopping experience.
- Perform end of month inventory counts, reports and adjustments
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Service Responsibilities
- Work with customers booking appointments and writing new service
- Suggest service items that's needed on customer units
- Write and bill out internal service work
- Update customers regularly
- Manage workflow
- Quote all customer service tickets
- Manage all internal units and their lot readiness
- Cash out each customer and provide proper documentation
Clerical Responsibilities
- Data entry tasks to assist sales department
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Strong understanding of retail math concepts is preferred.
- Experience in sales management or customer service roles is an asset.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics is beneficial for specific product lines.
- Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate customer interactions effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate order fulfillment and inventory tracking.
