Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across the organization. You will leverage your strong analytical skills to deliver insightful financial reports, improve budgeting and forecasting processes, and help optimize the company's financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Assist in annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
- Help identify key drivers behind financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
- Collaborate with department/site leaders to ensure business units are aligned with financial targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, plan and participant counts, highlighting areas of improvement and recommending opportunities for growth.
- Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
- Reporting:
- Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Support data collection from different departments or systems (e.g., accounting, sales, HR) to compile relevant reports.
- Work closely with accounting and systems teams to enhance the use of financial systems and tools for reporting and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Experience:
- 2 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related fields, with a strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience in integrating data from multiple sources (financial systems, spreadsheets, etc.) for consolidated reporting
- Retirement industry experience is a plus.
- Experience in NetSuite is a plus
- Skills:
- Financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
