Prime Physicians, PLLC. is seeking an Anatomical Pathology Assistant to join our team in White River Junction, VT. This 7-month position will involve assisting pathologists with various laboratory tasks, including grossing, embedding, cutting, staining, and cover-slipping of tissue specimens.
Key Duties
• Assist pathologists with preparing tissue specimens for examination.
• Perform grossing, embedding, cutting, staining, and cover-slipping of tissue specimens under the supervision of pathologists.
• Maintain accurate records of laboratory activities and specimen handling.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, chemistry, medical technology).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Histology and Cytology.
