- Perform and interpret clinical laboratory tests in areas such as chemistry, microbiology, hematology, immunology, urinalysis, and blood banking.
- Conduct blood draws (venipuncture and capillary puncture) and provide instruction to patients and staff on specimen collection and preservation.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments, ensuring accuracy through regular calibration, preventive maintenance, and performance testing.
