Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine testing procedures using automated and manual methods
- Conduct quality control procedures daily and weekly
- Maintain instruments and troubleshoot technical issues
- Evaluate and document patient test results

- Participate in the College of American Pathologists (CAP) Proficiency Testing Program
- Ensure compliance with established laboratory protocols
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science Degree or associate's degree in medical technology
- 3 years of recent experience in chemistry, urinalysis, blood bank, hematology, coagulation, and microbiology
- License: Medical Technologists (MT, MLS or CLS) - ASCP or AMT
