- Medical Technologists (MT, MLS or CLS) - ASCP or AMT
Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Medical Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory, you will be responsible for performing routine chemistry, urinalysis, hematology, coagulation, microbiology, and blood bank testing using automated and manual methods.
You will conduct quality control procedures daily and weekly, perform instrument maintenance, and troubleshoot any technical issues. Additionally, you will carry out cross-matching, antibody screening, and blood product processing for routine and emergency blood bank requests.
You will independently evaluate, document, and report patient test results and quality control data, resolving any discrepancies in collection, processing, testing, or reporting.
We participate in the College of American Pathologists (CAP) Proficiency Testing (PT) Program, ensuring compliance with established laboratory protocols.
